Will Draw: Feral or Anthro, mild blood or gore, mild drug themes, (alcohol, weed, cigarettes, etc), fetishes such as vore, paws, maws, macro/micro, light bondage (as long as the desired art is not overly suggestive of NSFW)

Will NOT Draw: NSFW, humans, Fetishes such as Scat, Vomit, Diapers, etc (in any capacity), Mechas/Vehicles/Machinery, Hate or Discriminatory art such as racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, etc.

I refuse to work with anything created by AI (that includes but is not limited to character designs, references sheets, etc).

I will only accept clients of the age of at least 18.

I reserve the right to decline any commission and/or client that I do not feel comfortable with working with.

I reserve the right to blacklist anyone for any amount of time at my discretion upon my determination that any of the rules of my TOS have been broken.

A clear and colored reference sheet or images of your character must be provided (The images must contain enough details to substitute for a reference sheet).

Additional written details can be provided (such as pose, expression, clothing, etc), but I will not work off of solely a written description of your character.

If you are unsure about any commission ideas, don't hesitate to reach out and ask me!

Once your commission has approved and payment received, you will be added to my Trello queue.

I don't typically have expected due dates, but I typically would expect myself to complete commissions within 2 months from the date it has been queued.

Rush orders are acceptable if desired, but will add a fee to the commission order. The fee is dependent on how soon the deadline is for the order.

For most commissions, I will send a WIP of the sketch when it is completed for approval before I move onto lining/color/shading/etc.

I won't provide WIPs of my own volition with the exception of the one sent for approval, but I will provide them upon request. (So feel free to ask!)

Please don't ask repeatedly for WIPs. Please give me at least a week from a start of a commission to ask for a WIP, and please don't ask for a WIP within a week of asking me for/receiving a previous WIP from me.

Payments are taken via PayPal invoicing or through the commission/store service on Ko-Fi.

(I also have a venmo, but it is a backup if a client is unable to use PayPal or Ko-Fi)

Any applicable fees (ie, complex characters, rush orders, private orders) should be discussed before full payment has been made.

All commissions and shop prices are listed in USD.

Commissions must be paid in full before any work will be started. No Exceptions. (Special add-ons will be discussed beforehand)

Full Payment must be received within 48 hours to ensure a spot in the queue/commission opening.

I can choose to refund or cancel a commission at any time.

Full refunds are accepted if a commission has not yet been started.

If a commission has been started, a partial refund will be given based off of completion of said commission which will be determined solely by me.

Any requested refunds will result in a temporary blacklisting, barring you from being able to commission or receive art from me for an amount of time which I will be at my discretion.

I hold all rights on my illustrations including but not limited to completed art, WIPs, unfinished or unused pieces. I have the right to use any and all of my illustrations to promote my art, (barring private commissions)

By commissioning me, you agree that you have full rights to commission artwork of the character you've chosen. It's not my responsibility to determine this.

I hold the right to post or not post all of my illustrations, unless commissioned privately.

Privatizing a commission must be requested when requesting a commission and will add a fee that will be decided on a per commission bases at my sole discretion.

If you would like me to wait before posting a commission for circumstances such as a surprise gift, communicate with me so I can know when to post the artwork. I don't guarantee that I will not post the art if I deem it to be too long of a delay.

I will make edits to a commission after it's completion within a 3 day time frame.

Clients may: repost their commissioned work wherever is desired as long as proper credit is given.

Clients may: use commissioned works for personal uses (ie: icons, banners, etc). Credit must be given.

Clients may: Make minor/minimal edits such as removing/editing the background.

Clients may NOT: Use any commissioned work for commercial use whatsoever.

Clients may NOT: edit or completed any commissioned work (barring the previously made allowance), or have another artist edit or complete any commissioned work. (Edits against my TOS, NSFW, adding animation, Major and/or change the nature of the artwork, ie tracing for style, emote changes, etc, are all disallowed. If you would like to edit/have an edit, feel free to ask me!)

Clients may NOT: claim any work as their own or post it without proper credit. (If you've forgotten credit, please just add it properly!)

Clients may NOT: Use any commissioned work in any stage of completion with AI Generative software. This will result in a permanent blacklisting.

My illustrations, WIPs, Sketches, Completed, or otherwise, may NOT be traced, reposted, used, etc (without my explicit permission). The only exceptions to this are the one's listed above that Clients are allowed to do.

Supporting me on Ko-Fi means you acknowledge and agree to this Terms of Service in full.
